To be seen and understood
When my children were younger I noticed that traditional parenting strategies that focused on consequences and behaviour just didn’t seem to work. I recognised that I needed guidance for myself and for my children to truly nurture their unique sensitivities and strengths. Thus began my journey that led me to train as a young person psychotherapist.
For parents feeling stuck, I offer compassionate, practical guidance. Raising a highly sensitive, strong willed or neurodivergent child brings unique challenges and opportunities. With over 12 years of experience working with neurodivergent children, my heart-led approach focuses on nurturing your connection with your child, helping them feel safe, to communicate their world and feel understood.
My personalised approach will help you understand your child’s needs and equip you with tools to navigate tricky moments with confidence.
